I work from home, in a paperless office. If you require me to work on site I will charge a fee to cover emission offsets or a donation to support a local charity in addition to a travel fee.

If you want someone to agree with everything I might not be a good fit. If I see a problem I will say but I will do this with respect. I don't tolerate unsubstantiated green, sustainable or ethical claims. I prefer clients who have demonstrated workplace diversity, to help with this I have put together some gender diversity resources that might be useful. I will decline projects that give me ethical concerns, such as human and animal welfare, sustainability greenwashing or privacy, through the project itself or your organisation.

The charities I support are Louies Van through St Vincent de Paul, Bonorong Wildlife Sanctuary and the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre.

Security: I use 2FA on all online and cloud services, preferably through timed passwords. My email and site and communications are managed through a Zoho subscription and LastPass as password manager. If more rigor is required for your project I can store files isolated, encrypted and offline, can provide secure communication channels through Keybase, Signal and PGP encrypted email and happy to explore Ethereum smart contracts. If you have data security and non disclosure agreement requirements I will work within these guidelines.

Privacy: project and personal information is not shared beyond requirements for communication and providing a service (such as saving contacts and project details on a server). They are not shared with 3rd parties without your permission. I employ no other staff or assistants I am the only person with access to your information. I may recommend or develop solutions for your project using third party products that will have their own privacy policies. Information logged from this website is used as anonymous traffic data only, except for any information you submit through a form.
